How we handle your data.

Proxicost is operated by Omniform Limited, a London architecture-led practice. Omniform Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: office@omniform.co.uk.

Contact details: your first name, last name and email address, collected on the final step of the estimate form.

Project answers: the details you enter about your project (sizes, specifications, location band). These describe a building, not a person, but they are stored with your contact details.

Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, just your email address.

Invite cookie: a cookie that remembers your invite code for 30 days so you do not have to re-enter it. No analytics or advertising cookies.

To generate your estimate, save it at a private link, and email you a copy when you ask for one. To contact you about your estimate or the beta. And, with project answers, to improve the cost data behind the engine.

We never sell or share your details for marketing. No automated decisions are made about you.

Performing the service you asked for (generating and delivering your estimate) and our legitimate interest in improving the cost data behind the engine. Where we contact you about anything else, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your data is stored with Supabase (database hosting) and processed by Vercel and Railway (application hosting) and SendGrid (email delivery). Each acts as a processor under our instructions.

Estimates and the details attached to them are kept while Proxicost operates, so your estimate link keeps working and the cost dataset stays consistent. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will remove your contact details and unlink your estimates.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email office@omniform.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
